The Plantation House is a small family run hostel NOT a hotel.

We accept reservations by email and phone.

Checkout time is 12.00 and rooms will become available from 14.00 to 18.00.

If at all possible if you phone through a reservation then we would like email confirmation.

If you make a reservation then it helps us to know where you will be coming from, so we can have some idea as to when you will arrive.

Reservations will be held until 18.00 on the day of the reservation.

If you think you won`t be make Salento by 18.00 then please let us know on the day of the reservation.

If you wish to be 100% sure of your reservation then the best method is to use the Colombian Hostels “Reserve Ahead” system.

STEP ONE – you go to the nearest Colombian Hostel hostel (check our or the Colombian Hostels website for the current list of members). You tell them what class of accommodation you need or you tell them what class of accommodation you have reserved.
STEP TWO – they contact us and either make the reservation or confirm you reservation.
STEP THREE – you pay them for the first nights accommodation in Plantation House.
STEP FOUR – you receive a receipt for the accommodation which when you arrive in Plantation House you pass on to us.

There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES you simply pay for the first nights accommodation in advance AND your reservation is 100% guaranteed whatever time you arrive.
